Merline Conditions and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of the Conditions

By creating an account, choosing a username, connecting a wallet, depositing funds, sending funds, claiming funds, publishing a project, buying a project, creating an advertising campaign, using a creator code, or otherwise using Merline, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Conditions.

If you do not accept these Conditions, you must not use Merline. Continued use of Merline after any update means that you accept the updated Conditions.

2. Platform Role

Merline is a software interface and coordination platform. Merline is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, financial adviser, investment adviser, payment institution, escrow agent, employer, agency, insurer, legal adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary.

Merline does not guarantee the legality, quality, accuracy, safety, delivery, availability, profitability, performance, value, or outcome of any project, link, advertisement, creator code, claim, payment, wallet action, deposit, withdrawal, send, or transaction.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for every action performed from your account, browser, device, wallet, generated wallet, connected wallet, session, username, project, link, advertisement, creator code, or any other feature available on Merline.

You are responsible for verifying addresses, amounts, project details, advertising content, claims, counterparties, legal obligations, tax obligations, and all risks before taking any action.

You agree that Merline is not responsible for losses caused by mistakes, misuse, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, incorrect addresses, wrong amounts, failed transactions, delayed transactions, smart contract behavior, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, user disputes, account compromise, or any other user action or external event.

4. Wallets, Deposits, Withdrawals, Sends, and Claims

Crypto transactions are irreversible. Deposits, withdrawals, sends, claims, purchases, campaign payments, creator payments, and other blockchain operations may not be cancellable, reversible, refundable, or recoverable.

You must confirm that every destination wallet address, network, amount, fee, claim, and payment instruction is correct before submitting it. Sending assets to the wrong address or wrong network can cause permanent loss.

Merline may generate or display wallets and balances, but you remain solely responsible for using them. Merline does not guarantee continuous access to any wallet, balance, private key, RPC provider, blockchain, token, asset, or transaction history.

Network fees, platform fees, conversion rates, rent, gas, priority fees, validator behavior, RPC behavior, and blockchain conditions can change at any time and may reduce or consume funds.

5. Projects, Purchases, Links, and Claims

Creators and users are solely responsible for the projects, files, descriptions, prices, claims, links, assets, rewards, deliverables, shipping details, forms, warranties, representations, and promises they publish or accept.

Merline does not verify that a project is complete, lawful, useful, original, safe, available, deliverable, profitable, or suitable for any purpose.

Buyers and supporters are responsible for their own due diligence before paying. Creators are responsible for satisfying their own obligations to buyers, collaborators, advertisers, claimants, and any other parties.

6. Advertising and Campaigns

Advertising campaigns, budgets, keywords, creatives, targeting, public claims, landing pages, and results are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

Merline does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, revenue, ranking, distribution, audience quality, campaign performance, campaign approval, or campaign availability.

You must not use advertising features for scams, illegal goods or services, misleading claims, impersonation, hate, harassment, malware, phishing, regulated goods without authorization, or any content that violates law or third-party rights.

7. Creator Codes and Referrals

Creator codes are attribution tools. Merline may allow a user to select, change, clear, or apply a creator code, but Merline does not guarantee that any attribution, payment, ranking, referral count, reward, or benefit will be available, accurate, permanent, or payable.

You are responsible for choosing the correct creator code. If you apply, change, or clear a creator code, you accept the consequences of that action.

8. Content and Prohibited Conduct

You must not upload, publish, promote, sell, buy, fund, claim, link, advertise, or transmit illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, violent, exploitative, sexually exploitative, hateful, private, malicious, or unauthorized content.

You must not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, spam, bypass limits, bypass security, manipulate counts, launder funds, evade sanctions, impersonate others, misrepresent ownership, or interfere with Merline or any user.

Merline may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, block sessions, reject transactions, or preserve records when it believes action is necessary for safety, compliance, platform integrity, or risk reduction.

9. Third Parties and External Services

Merline may rely on external services including blockchains, wallets, RPC providers, cloud services, media hosts, authentication providers, APIs, payment infrastructure, browsers, extensions, and user devices.

Merline is not responsible for third-party downtime, bugs, delays, errors, security incidents, policy changes, pricing changes, data loss, censorship, transaction failure, or any other third-party action or omission.

10. Taxes, Compliance, and Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether you may legally use Merline in your jurisdiction and whether your activity requires licenses, disclosures, registrations, tax reporting, consumer protection compliance, advertising compliance, or any other legal step.

You are solely responsible for taxes, filings, records, invoices, accounting, reporting, sanctions compliance, export controls, and all obligations connected to funds, income, claims, purchases, ads, deposits, withdrawals, sends, and creator activity.

11. No Warranties

Merline is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merline disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, security, availability, and error-free operation.

Merline does not warrant that any feature, wallet, balance, project, ad, link, claim, purchase, creator code, data, route, API, upload, download, payment, deposit, send, withdrawal, or transaction will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, recoverable, or free from defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merline, its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, financial, reputational, data, business, crypto, tax, legal, or other loss arising from or related to the use of Merline.

This limitation applies to all actions on the site, including deposits, withdrawals, sends, claims, purchases, project publication, project funding, advertising, creator codes, wallet use, authentication, uploads, links, comments, dashboards, balances, API responses, and interactions with other users or third parties.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Merline's total liability is limited to the lowest amount permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Merline, its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, fee, penalty, or expense arising from your use of Merline, your content, your transactions, your wallet activity, your advertising, your projects, your claims, your disputes, your violation of these Conditions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

Merline may change, pause, remove, limit, price, or discontinue any feature at any time, including wallets, deposits, sends, withdrawals, claims, projects, links, advertising, creator codes, dashboards, APIs, balances, uploads, and account features.

Merline may update these Conditions at any time. Merline may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, legal compliance, or operational safety.

15. Final Acknowledgement

By accepting these Conditions, you acknowledge that blockchain and online platform activity is risky, that losses can be permanent, and that you use Merline entirely at your own responsibility.

You confirm that you will not hold Merline responsible for your actions, other users' actions, third-party actions, blockchain behavior, financial outcomes, project outcomes, advertising outcomes, or any loss connected to the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
